Question: Can I claim refund for manufacture defect product?

Answer: There is no refund for product sold. We have 14days 1 to 1 exchange policy as long as you return undamaged product with its original packaging, including any accessories, gift, manual and any documentation to our customer services centre.

 

Question: Are item purchased from Tyfontech online IT store are covered by warranty?

Answer: Yes. You have 12 months carry in hardware warranty for new and used item. As long as you keep the purchase receipt and online order number, our guarantees cover normal usage within the period but not entitled for burn, corrosion by corrosive materials, rinse in water, rush by exposure in moisture areas, broken plastic parts, physical damage and battery.

 

Question: My PC has problem after I have bought the item from you

Answer: Dear Valued Customer, please contact our after sale services representative thru whatsapp 014-9600078. Your invoice no or phone number are required for us to serve you better.

 

Question: What if customer placed an order but payment unsuccessful?

Answer: We will refer the order number to contact customer on the next working day accordingly to inform that your order has been cancelled regardless customers answer our call or not. Kindly place the order again once your payment is ready.

 

Question: When would I received my products?

Answer: After product's order has been placed, it will take 3-5 working days to proceed with your order including product preparation, QC and delivery (courier) arrangement. Your patience is highly appreciated.

 

Question: What is the courier charge?

Answer: Courier charge will be showed after adding the purchased item(s) into the shopping cart and check out.

Question: What does DOS in the OS part mans?

Answer: DOS means you can install any OS on the PC.

 

Question: Is the RAM compatible?

Answer: Dear Valued Customer, to avoid our customer purchased the wrong product, we strongly recommend our valued customer to check yourself or bring your PC/laptop to our shop, and our technician will suggest the compatible RAM for you.
